Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place frozen chicken pieces on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Bake uncovered for 16 minutes.
  4. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product. Continue heating until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F.

Microwave

  1. Place 4 frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a microwavable safe dish. Cover with a damp paper towel.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds using a 1000 W microwave. Do not overheat.
  3. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product. Continue heating until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Skillet

  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet on low to medium heat.
  2. Add one tablespoon of oil to skillet.
  3. Place frozen chicken pieces in the skillet in a single layer. Cover immediately.
  4. Keep covered for 4 minutes, flip pieces, and keep heating for 4 more minutes.
  5. Remove skillet from heat and let sit, covered, for 2 minutes before serving.
  6. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the product. Continue heating until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Appliance temperatures may vary.
