
Ingredients
- 2 each Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Original Fillets
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small sweet onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 each lemon, zest + juice
- 4-5 leaves basil
Instructions
- Prepare the Just Bare® Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet according to package instructions.
- Heat the pan to medium and add your oil and onions. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the garlic.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in your heavy cream until it begins to reduce.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the pesto and parmesan until fully incorporated.
- Add the sauce to a plate and place the Lightly Breaded Chicken Fillet on top of the sauce.
- Garnish with basil leaves and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
