
Southwest Jar Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup Just Bare Oven Roasted Spicy Bites
- ⅓ cup prepared Southwest or Ranch-style dressing
- ½ cup canned black beans, rinsed & drained
- ½ cup corn (fresh, frozen & thawed, or canned & drained)
- ½ cup diced orange bell peppers
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Add your chicken to a sauté pan with a little olive oil and sauté according to package instructions.
- Layer the ingredients in each jar — Add the black beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, cooked chicken bites, and bell peppers. If adding dressing, add first into base of the jar.
- Fill the rest of the jar with lettuce or mixed greens.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for up to 3–4 days.
- When ready to eat — shake the jar to mix dressing, or dump contents into a bowl. Add any toppings you like.
