
Ingredients
- 1 Just Bare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 slices of Sourdough bread
- 1 Tbsp. Pesto
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella
- 1 slice large ripe tomato
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
- Salt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning for taste
Instructions
- Slice Chicken Breast in half, then season with salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, and cook according to package directions.
- Drizzle Olive Oil on the outer side of the bread slices and spread pesto. On first side, layer two slices of tomato, and chicken. One the second side, add two slices of mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves. Drizzle Balsamic glaze before closing sandwich.
- Place Sandwich into a preheated panini press or a hot grill pan over medium heat and press down firmly to cook.
