Low carb honey BBQ chicken and broccoli

Ingredients

  • JBC Oven roasted – 6 ounces
  • No sugar hot honey BBQ sauce – 3 ounces
  • Vegetable oil – 2 ounces
  • Water – 1 ounce
  • Broccoli florets – 8 ounces
  • Minced garlic – 1 teaspoon
  • Sliced green onion – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat a nonstick pan to medium heat.
  2. Add 1 ounce of vegetable oil. Place 6 ounces (8 pieces) of JBC oven roasted in the pan and cook for 4 minutes. Flip over and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add 1 ounce of vegetable oil to the remaining one ounce followed by minced garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and 1 ounce of water. Stir broccoli very well in pan with rubber spatula and then cover for 3 minutes.
  5. Add BBQ sauce and chicken back into pan. Heat for 60 secs, or until sauce is hot.
  6. Garnish with green onion slices and serve.
