Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ bag Just Bare Oven Roasted Bites Original
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup radiatori, cooked
  • sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp.Kosher salt
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add your chicken to a sauté pan with a little olive oil and sauté according to package instructions.
  2. While the chicken cooks, slice the sourdough dread into ¼” cubes. Add them to a mixing bowl with the olive oil and kosher salt.
  3. Add to a baking tray and bake at 450°F for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cut the romaine lettuce into ¼” cuts and wash. Dry the lettuce and toss it with Caesar dressing.
  5. Top the salad with croutons, cooked chicken, and shaved parmesan.
