
Creamy Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 each Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Original Fillets
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 10oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan, finely grated
- 2 tbsp. chives, finely sliced
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Just Bare® Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet according to package instructions.
- Melt the butter in a saute pan. Then add the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes until tender and the edges are browned.
- Add garlic and saute for an additional minute.
- Deglaze the pan with white wine cooking for 1 minute scraping the bottom of the pan.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in chicken stock and heavy cream until it begins to reduce. Then stir in the parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
- Plate the sauce onto a plate and add the Lightly Breaded Chicken Fillet on top. Garnish with chives.
