BBQ Chicken Flatbread

  1. Cook the chicken breast in an instant cooker until tender and fully cooked.
  2. Finely chop the red onions into small pieces and set them aside.
  3. Place the flatbread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Evenly spread the barbecue sauce across the flatbread.
  4. Remove the chicken from the instant cooker and shred.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauce, then add the shredded chicken on top.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the chopped red onions over the chicken.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro.
