

BBQ Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 Just Bare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1 Stonefire Artisan Flatbread
- 4.5 oz. Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cup Red Onion, diced
- Cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Chili Flakes
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breast in an instant cooker until tender and fully cooked.
- Finely chop the red onions into small pieces and set them aside.
- Place the flatbread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Evenly spread the barbecue sauce across the flatbread.
- Remove the chicken from the instant cooker and shred.
- Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauce, then add the shredded chicken on top.
- Evenly sprinkle the chopped red onions over the chicken.
- Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro.
