Christmas Tree-Shaped Chicken and Spinach Croissant Twist

  1. Season the Just Bare® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with salt and pepper. Bake chicken in oven for 15-18 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reads 165 degrees.
  2. Let chicken cool to room temperature, then shred by hand.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, spinach, mozzarella, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt.
  5. Unroll crescent dough sheets and cut each into a triangle shape of the same size.
  6. Place first triangle of pastry dough onto baking sheet and cut horizontal strips along each side to section off pieces and form tree branch shapes.
  7. Spread chicken mixture over one triangle, then top with the second sheet. Cut the top layer of dough into the same sections then twist edges to form the individual branches.
  8. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.

  • ½ oz rosemary simple syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • Ice
  • Rosemary sprig and lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice and add gin, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Top with prosecco and club soda.
  3. Stir gently and garnish with rosemary and lemon twist.

Note: To make rosemary syrup, simmer ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water, and 2 rosemary sprigs for 5 minutes, then cool.
