
Christmas Tree-Shaped Chicken and Spinach Croissant Twist

Ingredients
- 2 cups Just Bare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, cooked and shredded
- 2 cans refrigerated pastry sheets
- 1½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Season the Just Bare® Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with salt and pepper. Bake chicken in oven for 15-18 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken reads 165 degrees.
- Let chicken cool to room temperature, then shred by hand.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, spinach, mozzarella, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt.
- Unroll crescent dough sheets and cut each into a triangle shape of the same size.
- Place first triangle of pastry dough onto baking sheet and cut horizontal strips along each side to section off pieces and form tree branch shapes.
- Spread chicken mixture over one triangle, then top with the second sheet. Cut the top layer of dough into the same sections then twist edges to form the individual branches.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.

- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz rosemary simple syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 oz club soda
- 2 oz prosecco
- Ice
- Rosemary sprig and lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice and add gin, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice.
- Top with prosecco and club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with rosemary and lemon twist.
Note: To make rosemary syrup, simmer ½ cup sugar, ½ cup water, and 2 rosemary sprigs for 5 minutes, then cool.
