Hot Honey Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Just Bare Spicy Oven Roasted Bites
  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 1½ cup carrots, bok choy red peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. hot honey
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken according to package directions.
  2. In a skillet, warm olive oil and toss chicken with hot honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder until glazed.
  3. Divide rice and vegetables evenly into 5 meal prep containers.
  4. Add hot honey chicken over rice and drizzle with remaining sauce.
  5. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat before serving.
