
Maple Bacon Wrapped Lightly Breaded Bites

Ingredients
- 1 bag Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Bites
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cut in half
- 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. smoked paprika
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Toothpicks
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. whole-grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (for creaminess)
- Pinch of salt
Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each Just Bare Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Bite and secure with a toothpick.
- Place wrapped bites seam-side down on the sheet. Brush each piece lightly with the maple glaze.
Sauce
While the bites cook, in a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until bacon is golden and crisp. Halfway through cooking, brush with more glaze for extra flavor.
- Let cool and place bites on a serving platter before drizzling the remaining maple syrup.

- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 large ice cube
- Orange peel, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters.
- Add ice and stir for 20 – 30 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Strain into a glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange peel spiral.
